This Pinot Noir is rich, yet demure, and beautifully structured with subtle, silky tannins, leading to an elegant finish. Pairs well with cleanly Grilled Ahi, Wild Game, Duck, and Steak Tartare, or, for dessert, Cherry Ice Cream.
