Gremillet Blanc de Noirs Champagne
The Gremillet family has been growing grapes in Champagne since the 18th Century, but did not produce their own bottling until 1979. Once the Gremillet Champagne was being poured in more than fifty embassies and consulates around the world, the family began making it available to the public.
This is 100% Pinot Noir. This starts with a creamy mousse and very fine perlage. A delightful nose of citrus, quince, yeast and pepper. It is rich, full bodied and voluptuous with nice acidity and classic baked brioche and red fruit flavors.
