While it is true that the name of Roberto Voerzio is immediately associated with some of the greatest Barolo products in Piedmont it is also true that it is not possible to forget the other wines that are produced each year in the small La Morra cellar. Among them stands the Barbera d'Alba DOC "Vigneti Cerreto" by Roberto Voerzio, a wine of great complexity and intensity, able to show how much this vine is considered less important and able to express in terms of expressiveness.

Dark ruby red. It expresses all the beauty of the barbera with notes of small fruits in blackberry, blackberry and cherry, with spicy hints and a clear mineral trace. In the mouth is full, characterized by a soft tannic texture and a particularly intense acidity. It closes with a very complex finish, with excellent persistence.

The same hills that fascinated Roberto Voerzio and inspired him to craft legendary Barolo also stirred his romantic notes - Barbera had to be grown with the same meticulous passion. This Barbera grown in the Ceretto vineyard receives the same low yield and slow fermentation on its lees, coming out with surprising punch and character for an "everyday" wine.
