2019 Bacchus Pinot Noir
David Gordon, the wine director from the famed Tribeca Grill in New York City, produced this wine of value that showcases his connection within Napa and Sonoma. At times these have included Caymus, Lewis Cellars, and the Miner Family.
Dark ruby color. Light to medium bodied with aromas and flavors of raspberry, tart cherry, spice with a touch of earth. Supple and balanced with a smooth finish.
Winemaking: 50% fermented in tank, 50% fermented in neutral oak
Aging: 8 months in large neutral oak
