Pebbly chalk and limestone subsoils in the vineyard along with warm summers result in a wonderfully vibrant, fruity wine. Michel Redde uses temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats to create a pure expression of the Sauvignon Blanc grape, then the wine rests on its lees until bottling.

The REDDE family tree reveals a François REDDE already winegrower in Pouilly-sur-Loire in 1630 and the generations have succeeded one another. Today, La Moynerie farms 40 hectares located in the heart of the Appellation. The Domaine turns follows nature, with little intervention, respectful of the environment and the soils: controlled organic inputs, green cover crops (cereals and pulses) low yields, mechanical tillage of the soil, manual harvesting in boxes. Starting with 2020 vintage, the vinification is made with selected indigenous yeasts from our vineyard. The quest is the search for a fair, precise and natural expression of our wines.
