A complex bouquet, layered with dark fruits at its core. Hints of plum, blackberry and star anise with a dusting of dark chocolate. The palate is intense and long supported by generous savory tannins that coat the mouth. A delicious contemporary Cabernet.

The Tolley Family founded the winery in 1988 and winemaking responsibilities are handled by Kate Goodman. It is cold and wet in Penley's part of Coonawarra, with a long ripening season. There have been 5 generations of winemaking in the Tolley family, which is a branch of the Penfold's.
