Founded in 1849 in the Pfalz region of Germany, von Winning Winery has been pursuing quality since 1907. That is when Leopold realized that good wine was often better than more wine. Currently run by Stephan Attmann, the winery practices organic farming, ferments in oak barrels and doesn't filter its wine. The goal is to let the grapes do most of the talking.
