Frederic Bellanger took the reins of Château Roquefort at the young age of 32. His wines are vinified on the skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks after undergoing a cold soak and is bottled just 6 months after harvest to maintain freshness.

Clear and brilliant, the color is pale. The aromatic palette is complex with dominant floral notes: hawthorn, linden and jasmine.
Tropical fruits and citrus fruits appear on the palate: lychee, pineapple, grapefruit, Williams pear. Nice tension, good acidity.
Sweetness and freshness are in harmony.
