This is a cab that shows complexity without density, and power without weight. It's an adventure that may surprise you. Fermented by indigenous yeasts, 13.7% Alcohol, 24 months in french oak. This wine is not fined or filtered, so it may develop sediment. We recommend decanting it for maximum enjoyment.
