2015 Domaine Ferret Pouilly Fuisse
Following WWII, Ferret was the first domaine in Pouilly-Fuisse to abandon bulk production in favor of bottling with their own estate label. With over 42 acres of vineyards they have some of the finest limestone and clay soils in the region which allows for the full expression of Chardonnay.
Striking aromas of mango, papaya and apricot. The vivid attack on the palate is followed by an impression of creamy, supple freshness, with a prolonged finish, and distinct notes of aniseed.
