Ripe grapefruit nose with a zippy candied lime finish, this sweeter wine is the ultimate throwback hit."

The Ducourt family in partnership with Jean Pierre Xiradakis from Restaurant La Tupina revive Le Blanc Lime. Traditional sparkling white wine based beverage made to an authentic French recipe. A popular drink of yesteryear sipped at cafe counters and during local celebrations.

A pale yellow color with green reflections. A lively nose, fresh, lemony, citrus zest with in-line background notes typical of the Entre-Deux-Mers Sauvignons. A fresh, crisp mouth, a sweetness married to a nervous extension on medium bubbles.
